We deliver across the UK mainland. Delivery times and methods vary depending on the product type, size, and manufacturer.

Many of our tanks are large, heavy, or palletised items and may require specialist courier services.

Delivery timeframes

Standard delivery times are provided at checkout or confirmed after order placement.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by stock availability, manufacturing lead times, or courier schedules.

Delivery access
Customers are responsible for ensuring clear and suitable access for delivery vehicles. Failed or aborted deliveries due to access issues may incur additional charges.

Receiving Your Order

All goods should be inspected upon delivery.

Please check:

Packaging condition
Product quantity
Visible damage

Any damage, shortages, or delivery issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, ideally with supporting photographs.

Returns Policy

Due to the nature of our products, many items are made to order, non-returnable, or custom supplied.

Returns are only accepted where:

Goods are faulty, or
Incorrect items were supplied

All return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

Returned goods must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original condition unless faulty.

Faulty or Damaged Goods

If an item is found to be faulty or damaged:

Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
Provide clear photographs and order details

We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a repair, replacement, or refund in line with UK consumer legislation.

Cancellations

Orders for standard stock items may be cancelled before dispatch, subject to approval.

Orders for made-to-order, customised, or specially sourced products cannot be cancelled once processing has begun.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method once returned goods have been inspected or the issue has been resolved.

Refund times may vary depending on payment provider.
